​This program is designed to address the 2 most important, yet overlooked aspects of recovery.

​Whether you're from healing from chronic illness or recovering from an injury or surgery

This is an 8 week program. However, depending on the individual time frames may vary greatly. ​​

The therapeutic practices in this program have been specifically designed for helping you overcome chronic inflammation, pain, and fatigue, as well as speed up the recovery process after injuries and surgeries.

The program is broken down into three series starting with the deep lymphatic channels, then progressing through the organ lymphatics, cerebral spinal fluid & the glymphatic system.

*For people suffering with autoimmune disease, it is recommended that these series be followed in sequential order to get the best results from the program.
