This program is the first step to regaining your strength & energy as you begin to take your life back.
The Returning To Movement Program was specifically created to help you recover from chronic inflammation, pain, injury, and surgery, as you safely return to exercise and regain an active life.
The Returning To Movement program uniquely incorporates multiple therapeutic and movement techniques to regulate the nervous system, improve energy levels, build strength and jump start your body’s natural ability to HEAL.

Connective Exercise practice incorporate multiple forms of movement that strengthen connection through specific fascia lines & muscle subsystems of the body. These practices help to develop efficient movement, strength & endurance.
Recovery practices incorporate lymphatic therapy, vagus nerve stimulation & breathwork. These therapies help to calm the nervous system increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and unlock the bodies natural ability to heal.
AM & PM Breath & Movement practices are meditative movement practices that help calm the nervous system and develop a strong mind body connection. You can expect to feel grounded and more in tune with your body following these practices.
