The Diaphragm Reset is the first practice of most all Heal Fitness Recovery Program.
This practice will introduce you to deep lymphatic therapy, vagus nerve stimulation and breathwork.
All three of these therapies work together to calm the nervous system, improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
These are the three most important aspects of recovery.
In this practice you will become more aware of your breath and its importance when it comes to healing. You will also learn how to release your diaphragm and begin working through the first few steps of the lymphatic therapy.
