Express Recovery Practices
The practices in this series are (express) recovery practices that take under 20 minutes to complete. These recovery practices include deep lymphatic therapy, vagus nerve stimulation, and breathwork. Although these practices can be done by hand with no equipment, it is recommended to use a vibration ball.
